Khalid Alharbi is a visiting scholar at Harvard's HCI group. He is an assistant professor of Computer Science at King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. His research combines technical approaches from the areas of human-computer interaction (HCI), software engineering, and information retrieval. Specifically, he is interested in designing and building personalized data-driven systems that enable diverse types of data analyses. Examples include application specific techniques for user interface design and personalized systems.
